Initiative excluded from the rules of “Concorsi a Premio come da D.P.R. 430/2001” because, to participate, the purchase of any product and/or service is not required, nor is the winning of any prize foreseen. The purpose of the initiative is to allow interested parties to have the opportunity to purchase the selected product with limited availability.

Organizer

The company nss s.r.l with registered office in Via Giovanni Enrico Pestalozzi n. 4 – 20143 Milan (MI), VAT IT08528150967 (hereinafter “NSS” or “Organizer”).

Activity Description and registration method

The Initiative consists of organizing a Raffle in order to give participants the opportunity to purchase the chosen product with limited availability, donated by The North Face (hereinafter “TNF”). as sponsor of the initiative.

From 07 April 2025 to 09 April 2025, interested parties must register by filling in all the required data such as, by way of example and not limited to, their name, surname, city of residence, email address, telephone contact, payment data.

To finalize the registration, the total amount of the payment will be frozen and therefore reserved (including the product and shipping costs).

Purchase Confirmation

At the end of the raffle, the final buyer will be automatically charged the amount previously reserved during registration.

Refund for non-purchasers

The payment of members who have not finalized the purchase will be unlocked and made available again on the payment method used, according to the respective crediting times that do not depend on the will of the Organizer and the Customer.

By completing the registration, the interested parties declare that they have carefully read this Regulation and the provisions contained therein.

NSS, as data controller, will manage all the privacy and security compliance of the site. TNF will not receive any information about the processing of personal data for the initiative. If personal data is collected, any consent or requests to accept terms will refer to NSS terms and privacy policy.
